A Simple Smudging Ritual
Light the tip of the sage bundle and allow it to catch briefly. Gently blow out the flame so the sage begins to smolder.
Place the bundle over a fire-safe dish or vessel to catch any falling embers. Allow the smoke to move through your space while focusing on your intention for the moment.
When finished, fully extinguish the bundle in a fire-safe container. Once completely extinguished and cooled, it can be saved for another use.
