The hands-on candle-making process typically takes just 20–30 minutes, although your reservation allows 45 minutes so you can enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.

Once you've poured your candle, we'll take care of the rest!

Your candle needs time to cool and set properly, so we recommend picking up your finished creation the following business day.

You're welcome to stay and relax in our Wine Lounge, enjoy a beverage, or explore the shop after your candle-making session.

Settle into our cozy Wine Lounge, where we offer a curated selection of:

• Wine, beer, and cider, tea, coffee and lattes!
• Wine-based cocktails, including our Espresso Martini
• Mocktails and other nonalcoholic beverages
• Bottled water and Coca-Cola beverages
• Light snacks and snack packs

You're also welcome to bring your own food or snacks to enjoy during your visit.

Beverages and snacks are available for purchase separately. Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests age 21 and older with valid identification, subject to responsible alcohol-service policies.

Candle Pickup

Your candle must remain at Fae Fire until it has cooled and set sufficiently for safe handling and transportation. Standard pickup is the following business day during posted business hours.

Same-day pickup may be available depending on your appointment time and candle-setting conditions. Please confirm with our team before making plans.

Please collect your finished candle within 3 business days of its scheduled pickup date unless other arrangements have been made.

Reservations & Seating

• Seating is limited to 6 guests per session.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without notifying us may forfeit their reserved seat.
• Late arrivals may receive a shortened experience depending on availability.
• Additional lounge time is welcome, subject to seating availability.

Out-of-Town Guests

Can't return to pick up your candle? We offer shipping! 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change and will do our best to accommodate you.

• No-shows: Reservations are non-refundable when guests fail to attend without notice.
• Cancellations: At least 24 hours' notice is required to request a refund or reschedule.
• Rescheduling: Subject to appointment availability.
• Late arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your experience or require rescheduling.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: Refunds and rescheduling are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your reservation.

Your safety and enjoyment are important to us.

• Candle making involves hot wax, heated equipment, and fragrance materials.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by Fae Fire staff.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the experience.
• Guests should inform staff of any relevant fragrance sensitivities before participating.
• Finished candles must cool and set before handling or transportation.
• Candles may require additional curing time before their first burn.
