Candle Bar Experience – Pour Your Own 8 oz Candle

Create a custom candle from start to finish at the Fae Fire Candle Bar!
Choose your favorite fragrance, blend it into warm wax, and hand-pour your own 8 oz candle in a beautiful matte vessel. Whether you're celebrating something special or just in the mood to create, this is a relaxing, hands-on experience you’ll love.

🕯 What’s Included:

• One 8 oz candle in a modern matte jar (color options available on-site)
• Step-by-step guidance from our candle artist
• Access to clean-burning, premium fragrance oils
• Chill time + tabletop games while your candle sets (about 60 minutes)

🍷 BYOB Welcome:

Feel free to bring your own beer, wine, or bubbly (21+ only). We kindly ask that you drink responsibly and understand that Fae Fire Shop is not liable for any alcohol-related incidents or injuries. All guests consuming alcohol must present a valid ID if requested. Limit two.

⏰ Session Info:

• 90-minute session
• Up to 6 seats per session (ideal for individuals, couples, and small groups)
• For groups larger than 6 please email: chelle@faefire.shop or text 805-712-5336.
• Have a Group of 3+? Perfect because you will save $ with group rates. 

✨ Please Note:

• Candles are ready to take home the same day. Keep in mind that wax products have a 2.5-hour cure time from the end of your reservation, so please plan accordingly. 
• Seats are limited, so payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
• We understand that life happens and we’re happy to reschedule your reservation with a 24-hour notice.
• Due to limited seating, we reserve the right to release your seat if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
  
• This is a 90-minute session. Typical scent blending experience takes between 1-1.5 hours depending on the size of the group. However, you are welcome to leave as needed and pick up your candle(s) later that day or within 3-business days.
  
• Out of Town? We are happy to ship your creation to you for a low flat rate of $7 for up to 4 candles. 

No-Show & Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable for no-shows 
• 24-hour cancellation is required for refunds/rescheduling
  
• Late arrival policy (Due to limited seating sessions start promptly; late arrivals may result in shortened experience)

Experience & Safety Disclaimers

• Working with hot wax and equipment - participants assume the risk
• Finished candles require 24-48 hours to fully set
• Individual results may vary based on fragrance selection and pouring technique
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult

• Payment is required at the time of booking
• Group bookings subject to minimum attendance requirements of 3
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
