Simple pricing
$350 mobile service fee + $30 per participating guest
Your mobile service fee includes equipment preparation, travel within our included service area, setup, guided instruction, and cleanup.
Each participating guest creates one custom 8 oz Luxe candle.
For example:
• 10 creators: $650 total
• 15 creators: $800 total
• 20 creators: $950 total
• 30 creators: $1,250 total

Your experience includes:
• A choice of curated fragrances to create a candle they’ll love
• All candle-making materials, equipment, and guided instruction
• A writable label so they can name their candle
• A candle-care card
• Their finished candle, packaged by our team
• A small Fae Fire product sample as a thank-you; selections vary
• A $5 Fae Fire shopping voucher with an online redemption code—keep it or pass it along as a gift; voucher terms apply

Reserve your date
Pay $350 today to reserve your available date. This payment covers the mobile service fee and is applied toward your total event price.
Your final creator count and remaining balance are due ten days before your event. Any agreed travel charges or additional services will be included in your event total.

Where we travel
Our $350 mobile service fee includes travel to venues within 45 driving miles each way of Fae Fire, located at 449 NW 3rd Street, Suite A, Prineville, Oregon—up to 90 miles round trip.
Our surrounding service area includes Prineville, Powell Butte, Redmond, Terrebonne and the Smith Rock area, Crooked River Ranch, Culver, Metolius, Madras, Tumalo, Bend, Sisters, and Eagle Crest, provided your venue falls within the included driving distance.
Farther away? We’d love to explore it. Events beyond the included mileage require a custom quote before booking. An additional travel fee will apply to cover extended driving time and vehicle expenses. We’ll confirm the full amount with you before you commit.
Plan your event time
Allow approximately two hours for the guided candle-making experience. Larger groups may require a customized schedule.
Our team also needs venue access approximately 60–90 minutes before the experience to unload and prepare.
Candles need time to cool before they can be safely moved. Please allow up to 90 minutes after the final candle is poured for cooling, finishing, packaging, and cleanup. Actual cooling time varies with room conditions.
Keep the gathering going with a meal, meeting, or time to socialize while we finish your candles. We’ll coordinate the schedule with you beforehand so everyone knows what to expect.
What your venue needs
Please provide:
• A suitable indoor workspace with sturdy tables and seating for your group
• Access to electrical outlets for our equipment
• A level, undisturbed area where candles can cool
• Convenient loading access and parking
• Permission for candle-making and access throughout setup, the experience, and cleanup
We’ll confirm table space and electrical needs based on your group size. No open flame is needed during the candle-making activity. Children participating must have adult supervision.

Planning for a larger group? Groups of up to 40 creators can reserve an available date online. For 41 or more, please contact Chelle before booking so we can confirm staffing, venue requirements, and timing. Larger events may require a customized quote.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change. Because your reservation sets aside our team, equipment, and travel time, the $350 mobile service reservation payment is nonrefundable for guest cancellations.
Need a different date? Email chelle@faefire.shop at least 14 calendar days before your event to request one complimentary reschedule. Payments already made will transfer to your new date, subject to availability. Your rescheduled event must take place within six months of the original date.
Changes to your location, group size, or services may change your event total. Any additional charges will be confirmed before the new booking is finalized.
With fewer than 14 days’ notice, rescheduling is not guaranteed. We’ll review available options with you; additional charges may apply for supplies already customized or other preparation costs that cannot be recovered.
If you cancel rather than reschedule, we retain the $350 reservation payment plus any separately approved, nonrecoverable custom-order expenses. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded.
Your final creator count and remaining balance are due ten days before the event. Reductions in attendance after that deadline do not reduce the agreed event total.
If Fae Fire must cancel, you may choose an available replacement date or a refund of payments for the canceled event. If severe weather makes travel unsafe, we’ll contact you promptly to arrange a safe alternative date without a rescheduling fee.
