Space rental: $80 per hour
Your rental includes:
- Seating and tables, with light rearranging to accommodate your gathering
- Fae Fire Host on site to assist with the space and beverage service
- Use of our 55-inch TV and soundbar
- A laptop available for presentations, live online meetings or prerecorded training
Whether you’re bringing colleagues together for a presentation or celebrating with friends, we’ll help you get situated. Please discuss your seating and technology needs with us before your event so we can confirm the setup.
Make it your gathering
This booking is for space rental only and does not include Candle Bar activities. To include candle-making or another creative activity in your private event, explore our private-event packages in the Experiences Hub. Beverages are available for purchase and are not included in the hourly rental.
Group size & children
Our space accommodates up to 25 guests, including adults and children. Please include everyone attending in your booking count.
Planning for more than 25? Contact Chelle before booking to discuss whether a suitable arrangement is available. Larger groups require advance approval and must remain within our approved occupancy limit.
Children are welcome with active adult supervision. Fae Fire is a working retail shop with breakable merchandise and does not have a separate children’s play area. Please choose a gathering format that allows accompanying adults to supervise children throughout the event.
