Our private candle bar parties include everything you need to host any moment worth celebrating. We have a few options for you to choose from.
Space Details:
Our 1150 sq ft space comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests for cocktail-style celebrations or 12 guests for seated candle-making experiences. We'll configure the space perfectly for your event style while working around our current retail displays.

How Booking Works
- Pick your package + date
- Pay the small deposit to reserve
- We’ll send a confirmation with your timeline & tips
- Show up, celebrate, and we’ll handle the rest ✨
Reschedule/Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date with 7+ days’ notice. Within 7 days, rescheduling is subject to availability.
FAQs
How many guests can we host? Up to 12 seated for candle-making (or cocktail style up to ~25 for mingling with staggered pouring).
Can we bring food & drinks?
Yes—Snacks are welcome. We provide basic disposable plates/napkins/utensils for Signature and Luxe. We have beer and wine available for purchase on site and we ask that you not BYOB. However, any non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. We do have coke products available for purchase on premises.
How long does candle-making take?
Plan for 15 minutes of hands-on time within your event window but the candles need 75 minutes to properly set (harden to be moved). Larger groups may require more hands-on time so please plan ahead.
Can every guest make a candle?
Yes—Signature/Luxe include 12 candles. Essential includes 8 (add more at $16 each).
Do you help with cleanup?
Signature/Luxe: we do it all. Essential: host manages cleanup and tableware.
Can we customize scents?
Absolutely—your guests choose from our curated fragrance library at the bar.
Event Role Definitions
To ensure clarity when planning your private party experience, we use the following terms:
Party Host
The individual booking the reservation and coordinating the event for their guests. The Party Host is responsible for selecting packages, add-ons, and communicating event details to attendees.
Venue Host – Fae Fire Candle Bar
Fae Fire Candle Bar serves as the Venue Host, providing the event space, staffing, guided candle-making experience, and beverage service under our OLCC licensing where applicable.
