• Wax refill up to 12 oz fill weight

Larger vessels are always welcome. Additional wax + fragrance will be charged based on weight.

Here’s the Real Talk

This is a science lab experience.

Every vessel behaves differently, especially wooden bowls and handmade containers. Your refill may require a wick adjustment after the first burn—and that’s completely normal.

If it happens, we’ll work with you to get it dialed in perfectly.

And it keeps beautiful things out of the trash.

Safety First

We inspect every vessel before filling to ensure it is safe for candle use.

Wooden Bowls

• Must be structurally sound
• No deep cracks or separation
• No prior burn damage compromising integrity

We use cotton wicks only (never wooden wicks in refill vessels).

We also recommend never burning your candle all the way to the bottom. Leaving a small wax buffer protects the wood and helps keep your home safe.

All Other Vessels (Glass, Ceramic, Metal)

Must be:

• Heat safe
• Free of cracks or chips
• Stable on a flat surface
• Able to withstand extended heat exposure

If a vessel is deemed unsafe, we’ll happily help you select an alternative pouring option in store.

Overage Pricing

Your refill includes up to 12 oz fill weight.

If your vessel exceeds this size, additional wax + fragrance will be charged at:

$2 per ounce over 12 oz

We’ll weigh your vessel during your appointment and review any overage with you before pouring.

No surprises. Full transparency.

Turnaround Time

Most refills are poured during your scheduled experience.

However, larger vessels or specialty pours may require additional cooling time and could be scheduled for later pickup the same day or next day if needed.

We’ll always communicate timing before you leave.

Cure Time

For best scent throw and burn performance, candles require cure time.

We recommend allowing your refill to cure for 48–72 hours before burning.

You’re welcome to pick up sooner, but optimal fragrance performance develops after this window.

Pickup Instructions

Once your candle has cooled and set:

• You’ll receive a pickup notification if applicable
• Candles must remain upright during transport
• Avoid leaving candles in hot vehicles

If you’re traveling a long distance, let us know—we’ll provide transport guidance.

Refills require prep time, vessel cleaning, and custom batching.

Please pre-book your refill experience so we can give your vessel the attention it deserves.

Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability but are not guaranteed.
