Each participating guest chooses one of these options:
• One custom 8 oz Luxe candle
• Five custom wax-melt packages

Larger groups create in coordinated sessions, with time to mingle and enjoy the celebration between activities. Additional themed decorations are not included.
Help us prepare for your people
Please provide your final headcount—including children and guests who are not creating—and the number of guests choosing each activity at least seven days before your event.
As a small business, we keep limited quantities of bottles, candle vessels and other supplies on hand. Knowing your group’s choices ahead of time helps us prepare the right materials and plan your activity sessions.
Food, catering & beverages
Bring your own snacks or food, or let Chelle arrange catering with a local partner. Share your preferences, guest count and budget, and we’ll provide a separate quote before you commit.
Beverage packages are available, or guests may purchase drinks individually. Food, catering and beverages are priced separately.
Have a special wine you’d like to share? Arrange it with Chelle in advance and bring the bottle unopened and factory-sealed. A $20 corkage fee applies per standard 750 mL bottle, with opening and service handled by Fae Fire. Other outside alcohol is not permitted.
Time to decorate
The person hosting and their decorating helpers may arrive up to one hour before the booked party start time at no additional charge. Please arrange your arrival time with Chelle in advance.
This hour is for decorating and setup. Your celebration and creative activities begin at the scheduled booking time.
Group size & additions
Please include everyone attending in your headcount. This package includes activities for up to 20 creators; it does not mean everyone will be seated at the Candle Bar simultaneously.
For gatherings exceeding 25 total guests, contact Chelle before booking to discuss whether a suitable arrangement is available. Larger groups require advance approval.
Additional creators: $25 each, arranged in advance and subject to capacity.
Additional event time: $80 per hour, arranged in advance and subject to availability.
Children must remain under active adult supervision.
Reserve your date
Pay a $200 deposit today to hold your booking. Your deposit counts toward the $649 package total.
Your remaining package balance of $449 is due seven days before your event, along with payment for any agreed-upon additions.
Your final headcount and activity selections are also due seven days before your event. Candles need time to cool before transport; we’ll coordinate pickup arrangements with your group.
Reusable Tableware Upgrade
Give your gathering a finished touch with reusable dinner plates, silverware and cloth napkins. Washing and laundering are included.
• Essential: up to 10 place settings — $40
• Signature: up to 15 place settings — $60
• Luxe: up to 25 place settings — $100
Select your upgrade when booking and confirm the number of place settings needed seven days before your event. All reusable tableware remains at Fae Fire.
Place-setting quantities do not increase the number of creative activities included in your party package.
