Bring your favorite people together for a private celebration at Fae Fire in downtown Prineville. With three hours to enjoy your gathering, there’s time for creating, refreshments, gifts and conversation.

Perfect for showers, birthdays, team appreciation and client celebrations. No creative experience needed—we provide the supplies and guided instruction.
Choose your creation
Each participating guest chooses one of these options:
• One custom 8 oz Luxe candle
• Five custom wax-melt packages
• One 4 oz room spray
• One 3 oz body mist
Your celebration includes
• Supplies and guided instruction for up to 12 creators
• Personalized labels
• A bonus candle for the person hosting the celebration
• Coordinated themed plates, napkins, cups, utensils and table coverings
• Event setup and full cleanup
• 10% off eligible same-day retail purchases
Additional themed decorations are not included. Depending on your group’s selections, creating may take place in coordinated sessions.
Help us prepare for your people
Please provide your final headcount—including children and guests who are not creating—and the number of guests choosing each activity at least seven days before your event.
As a small business, we keep limited quantities of bottles, candle vessels and other supplies on hand. Knowing who would like to make what helps us have the right materials ready for everyone.
Food, catering & beverages
Bring your own snacks or food, or let us help arrange catering. Share your preferences, guest count and budget with Chelle, and we’ll coordinate with a local partner and provide a separate quote.
Beverage packages are available, or guests may purchase drinks individually. Food, catering and beverages are priced separately.
Have a special wine you’d like to share? Arrange it with Chelle in advance and bring the bottle unopened and factory-sealed. A $20 corkage fee applies per standard 750 mL bottle, with opening and service handled by Fae Fire. Other outside alcohol is not permitted.
Time to decorate
The person hosting and their decorating helpers may arrive up to one hour before the booked party start time at no additional charge. Please arrange your arrival time with Chelle in advance.
This hour is for decorating and setup. Your celebration and creative activities begin at the scheduled booking time.
Additional guests & time
Additional creators: $25 each, arranged in advance and subject to capacity.
Additional event time: $80 per hour, arranged in advance and subject to availability.
Please count everyone attending, including children and guests who are not creating. Children must remain under active adult supervision.
Reserve your date
Pay a $150 deposit today to hold your booking. Your deposit counts toward the $449 package total.
Your remaining package balance of $299 is due seven days before your event, along with payment for any agreed-upon additions.
Your final headcount and activity selections are also due seven days before your event. Candles need time to cool before transport; we’ll coordinate pickup arrangements with your group.
Reusable Tableware Upgrade
Give your gathering a finished touch with reusable dinner plates, silverware and cloth napkins. Washing and laundering are included.
• Essential: up to 10 place settings — $40
• Signature: up to 15 place settings — $60
• Luxe: up to 25 place settings — $100
Select your upgrade when booking and confirm the number of place settings needed seven days before your event. All reusable tableware remains at Fae Fire.
Place-setting quantities do not increase the number of creative activities included in your party package.
