Welcome to the Fae Fire Ambassadors program!

We're honored you've chosen to represent Fae Fire. This program was created to celebrate the people who already love sharing our handcrafted products with friends, family, and their communities.

Our mission is simple:

Calm the Chaos.

Together, we're helping people create calmer homes, stronger relationships, and more meaningful everyday rituals.

By joining the Fae Fire Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Ambassador and Fae Fire regarding participation in the Ambassador Program and supersedes all prior discussions, communications, or representations relating to the program.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Fae Fire Ambassador Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain an active affiliate account.
• Agree to represent Fae Fire honestly, respectfully, and professionally.

Fae Fire reserves the right to approve or decline Ambassador applications at its sole discretion.

2. Ambassador Expectations

We believe authentic recommendations are more valuable than advertisements.

Approved Ambassadors may use official Fae Fire logos, product photography, graphics, and marketing materials provided through the Ambassador Community solely for the purpose of promoting Fae Fire while actively participating in the Ambassador Program. Ambassadors may not alter, modify, misrepresent, or otherwise use Fae Fire intellectual property in a manner that could damage or misrepresent the Fae Fire brand.

As a Fae Fire Ambassador, you agree to:

• Share only your genuine experiences.
• Recommend products you personally love.
• Treat customers with kindness and respect.
• Represent Fae Fire professionally.
• Follow all applicable advertising and disclosure laws, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships where required.

We ask every Ambassador to lead with authenticity above all else.

3. Ambassador Rewards

A qualifying referral sale is a completed customer purchase that has been successfully paid, fulfilled, and not canceled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent. Taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, tips, and other excluded items do not qualify for commissions unless otherwise specified by Fae Fire.

Approved Ambassadors currently receive:

• 15% commission on qualifying referral sales.
• The option to receive cash or Fae Fire Store Credit (+10% bonus value).
• Rewards are reviewed after qualifying orders have cleared the return period.

Payout Schedule

• Ambassadors with a commission balance of $50 or more will receive a payout during the next monthly payout cycle.
• Balances under $50 will automatically roll over to the following month until the $50 minimum payout threshold is reached.
• If an Ambassador's balance remains below $50 after 60 days, Fae Fire will issue the earned commission during the next scheduled payout cycle, regardless of the balance.

Returned, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or chargeback orders are not eligible for commission.

Fae Fire reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout schedules, or reward structures in the future. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Welcome Reward

Each Ambassador receives a unique referral link and Welcome Reward code to share with new customers.

Current Welcome Reward:

• 10% off qualifying purchases of $35 or more.
• Valid for first-time use per customer unless otherwise stated.
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted.

5. Prohibited Activities

To protect our customers and our community, Ambassadors may not:

• Make false or misleading claims.
• Spam individuals or groups.
• Purchase paid advertisements using the Fae Fire name without written permission.
• Register domain names or social media accounts impersonating Fae Fire.
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content while representing Fae Fire.
• Manipulate referrals or create fraudulent orders.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

Fae Fire logos, product photography, graphics, and marketing materials remain the property of Fae Fire.

Approved Ambassadors may use official marketing materials provided through the Ambassador Community while actively participating in the program.

7. Program Changes

As one of our early Ambassadors, you may be participating during a period of growth and refinement. We reserve the right to improve our tools, rewards, policies, and processes as the program evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to Ambassadors whenever reasonably possible.

When significant changes occur, we'll notify Ambassadors through email and the Fae Fire Ambassador Community.

8. Ending Participation

You may leave the Ambassador Program at any time.

Likewise, Fae Fire reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Ambassador account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct inconsistent with our mission and values.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fae Fire is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Ambassador Program. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

11. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Fae Fire Ambassador Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, independent contractor, or other legal business relationship between the Ambassador and Fae Fire.

Ambassadors participate voluntarily and are solely responsible for how and when they choose to promote Fae Fire. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship.

12. Taxes

Ambassadors are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state, and local taxes related to commissions, rewards, or other compensation received through the Fae Fire Ambassador Program.

Fae Fire may request tax information and issue tax reporting forms as required by applicable law.

13. FTC Disclosure Requirements

To maintain transparency and comply with applicable laws, Ambassadors agree to clearly disclose their relationship with Fae Fire whenever recommending or promoting products through social media, blogs, videos, websites, email, or other public communications.

Acceptable disclosures include statements such as:

• #affiliate
• #ad
• "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."

Disclosures should be clear, truthful, and easy for consumers to notice.

14. Self-Referrals

The Fae Fire Ambassador Program is designed to reward customer referrals.

Unless otherwise approved in writing by Fae Fire, Ambassadors may not earn commissions on purchases made for their own personal use or on orders placed using their own referral link or discount code.

15. Coupon & Discount Websites

Ambassador referral links and discount codes may not be published on coupon websites, browser extensions, cashback platforms, discount forums, or similar services without prior written permission from Fae Fire.

Our Ambassador Program is built on authentic recommendations and trusted relationships, not mass coupon distribution.

16. Reservation of Rights

Fae Fire reserves the right to:

• Approve or decline Ambassador applications.
• Suspend or terminate Ambassador accounts.
• Withhold or reverse commissions resulting from fraudulent, canceled, refunded, or abusive transactions.
• Modify commission rates, rewards, promotions, or program policies at any time.
• Suspend or discontinue the Ambassador Program at its sole discretion.

Whenever possible, significant program changes will be communicated to Ambassadors in advance.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Oregon.

18. Electronic Acceptance

By submitting an application, accepting approval into the Fae Fire Ambassador Program, or participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Ambassador Agreement.

19. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Ambassador Program will be handled in accordance with the Fae Fire Privacy Policy. By participating in the Ambassador Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

20. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Assignment

Ambassador accounts and rights under this Agreement may not be assigned, transferred, sold, or otherwise conveyed without the prior written consent of Fae Fire.
